VALORANT Spoofer Scams: Red Flags Before You Pay
Common scam patterns around HWID spoofers and “unban” tools—malware loaders, fake support, and payment traps.
Banned players are high-intent targets. Scammers copy legitimate shop layouts, reuse stolen gameplay footage, and promise “100% working Vanguard spoof” without deliverable software. Learn red flags before sending money—companion read: spoofer security risks.
Payment and delivery red flags
- Pressure to pay with irreversible methods only (gift cards, certain crypto) while refusing card checkout.
- License keys sent as `.exe` attachments instead of through a documented portal.
- “Free spoofer” downloads with no publisher identity—common malware droppers.
- Accounts asking for your Riot password to “verify unban.” Riot never requires this.
Support impersonation
Fake Discord “admins” offer remote desktop “help” that installs trojans. Official seller support should never ask for banking passwords or seed phrases. When in doubt, stop and research the domain age and refund policy—not hype replies on forums.
Safer research habits
Use Riot Support for mistaken bans. If you evaluate our products, use linked checkout from tools and verify the status page yourself—avoid DM-sold keys.
